Research On Risk Evaluation Of Technology Innovation In Construction Enterprises

Technological innovation itself has pioneering,comprehensive and high-risk characteristics.Especially in the construction industry,it is constrained by the industry's tradition and market environment.Technological innovation has great risks from the perspectives of industry,system,and market.With obstacles,this high risk has hindered the development of construction companies' technological innovation activities.The construction industry has always been regarded as a traditional industry lacking innovation.Therefore,based on an in-depth analysis of the status quo of the technological innovation development of China's construction industry,the paper analyzes the factors that influence the risk of technological innovation activities in construction companies.Through the performance and impact of these factors,it assesses the risk level of technological innovation for construction companies,which in turn increases the efficiency of construction companies.The level of risk supervision plays an important role in promoting the transformation of technological innovation achievements of construction companies and sustainable development of construction companies.This article first sorts out the related theories of technological innovation,and on this basis,summarizes and compares existing scholars' classification methods of technological innovation;secondly,based on the development characteristics and status of China's construction enterprises,starting from the perspective of risk sources.The risk assessment index system of China's construction enterprises was designed,and the comprehensive evaluation of risk indicators was conducted using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey relational analysis were selected to construct a risk evaluation model for construction enterprises.To enhance the practicality of the index system and the selected research methods designed in this paper,this article selected the Beijing TH company for case analysis,and conducted a research on the monitoring and prevention of the technological innovation risks of construction companies based on risk assessment.Based on the early-warning management of technological innovation risks of enterprises,a technology innovation risk monitoring system for construction enterprises was constructed.
