| Multimedia conference system is a hotspot in computer and communication field. Centralized conference cannot be applied to large-scale enterprise application because of its bottleneck of capacity. In consideration of this aspect, this paper analyzed the centralized SIP conference management model of IETF, compared performance between application models, proposed a distributed data conference management architecture by extending existed SIP method which is suitable for large-scale enterprise users. This model applied layered architecture, whose bottom layer provides multipoint communication mechanism referred to T.120 core control, and the top layer provides specific functions of conference management. Media stream is processed distributedly, attenders'authorization and management are distributed to sub-servers, dynamic access/exit are supported which makes it flexible to extend conference scale. In order to describe the detail example this paper proposed the definition of XML SCHEMA of some policies of conference management too. The design extended SIP signaling and conference policy control protocol. Finally, simulation and assessment are applied to this model. |
