The Architectural Research On Conference Space Of Conference And Exhibition Centers

In the economic globalization today, the exhibition industry as an important part of the world's new economic, is playing a significant role in promoting the national and the regional development. As a major carrier of exhibition industry, the development of conference and exhibition centers is seen as a benchmark of urban economic, and is becoming the city's most distinctive landmark. Conference and exhibition centers have far-reaching effects on urban economic, urban construction and urban environment.Conference and exhibition centers include the two most important functions that are exhibition and conference. The conference space design of conference and exhibition centers is affected by the exhibition function, site conditions, traffic conditions and other aspects of the design conditions. But in turn, the multi-function, adaptable and flexible design of the conference space will also improve the use of the exhibition halls and other services. This dissertation tries to make a architectural research on conference space of conference and exhibition centers, and study the development trend of this conference space, its general layout, its architectural design and so on. And then the dissertation analyses many conference and exhibition centers both at home and abroad. It wants to summarize the scientific creation type of conference space of conference and exhibition centers, which means to provide scientific guidance in theory and practice for the sustainable development of conference and exhibition center in China.This dissertation is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, it totally introduces some related information about exhibition industry as necessary background to the development research on the conference space. The second chapter is the introduction about the history of the development of conference and exhibition centers. Chapter 3 summarizes the construction size and overall design modes of the conference space. Chapter 4 introduces the building design and technical design on the conference space. The last chapter concludes several architectural design principles of the conference space of conference and exhibition centers.
