Study On Development Strategies And Countermeasures Of China Civil Aviation Transportation

Transportation Industry is a pillar industry of the national economy. With the rapid development of national economy and people income increasing, civil aviation transportation industry has made tremendous development. As of 2008, the total transportation turnover of China civil aviation transportation reached 37.68 billion ton-km, and passengers transport volume reached 193 million, and cargo and mail transport volume reached 4.076 million tons, and the three indicators above-mentioned respectively increased average 17.5%, 15.9% and 14.9% every year. The period of important strategic opportunities will be the first 20 years of the 21st century when China changes civil aviation transportation powers into a strong transportation, so the inherent laws, characteristics and trends of civil aviation transportation development must be mastered, then rational industrial strategies and policies are developed, which makes civil aviation transportation develop well in the right direction.The concept and characteristics of civil aviation transportation was described in this paper; Comparing domestic to international civil aviation transportation, the intuitive inspiration was obtained; Then the characteristics and stage of civil aviation transportation industry were located by qualitative analysis, furthermore, the correlation was cleared between civil aviation transportation indicators and the national economy elements by quantitative analysis, and then the future market of civil aviation transportation was forecasted on this basis; Finally, according to the SWOT analysis, strategy and policy proposals which could develop China's civil aviation transportation were creatively put forward.
