The Study Of Civil Aviation Feeder Airport Developing Strategy

In recent years, with market demand and relevant national policies and measures promoting, regional air transport in China has been greatly developed. Passenger traffic and cargo volume have been growing year after year and the comprehensive support capacity gradually increasing. The regional air transport is faced with much more better opportunities. It is obvious that the regional airports still face some problems in its operating, market development, airport construction and management.On the basis of analyzing the developing situations, the author puts forward some strategies and tentative ideas for the development of regional airports in this article. According to local conditions, regional airports should innovative management model with new fundamental concepts, eliminate "rely on others" negative thinking, improve its service. To seize the market, airports should vigorously develop the non-flight businesses and integrate into the local economic development.To achieve development goals, regional airports need to adjust their strategies to regional development and appropriate policy support, financial support, the overall marketing, operational and other effective policies. Besides, the author gives further analysis on the development strategies concerning the regional airports of Inner Mongolia Civil Airport Group Company.
