Research On Evaluation System Of The Social Benefits Of Remote Sensing Of Land Use

Remote sensing have been widely used as one of important measures in land andresource management. Remote sensing of land use has been implemented for ten years withfruitful results.It has played an important role in farmland protection, land monitoring, lawenforcement and deterrent. Remote sensing of land use is a long-term work relating tonational policy.Summary, analysis, research results of previous work and experience hasstrategic importance and practical significance for the future conduct of the work.This paper summes up Land Use Dynamic sensing results of China,supported by thetheory of public management, public sector performance evaluation,combined with expertdiscussions, questionnaires, field research and other methods to obtain first-handinformation, learn from the U.S. government's Performance Assessment method toconstruct the dynamic remote sensing of land use evaluation system for social benefits. Onthe basis of the evaluation system,it evaluates dynamic remote sensing of land useevaluation system for social benefits from internal evaluation, external evaluation andcomprehensive evaluation.From study, applications of land use remote sensing have been diversity developed.Combining with the socio-economic development, the resources and environment, and thegovernment's macro-control and decision-making is a trend in land use development.Also itprovides important source of local data.The fruits have been developed stable,such as landplanning and management, land development and utilization, urban monitoring, landgrading, etc. There are also some disadvantages: the information needs of the users have notfully taken into account at the beginning, a large number of results have not been fully used,there are also lack of standardization of information quality. It is proposed that managersshould expansion the corresponding results, improve information quality and managementefficiency. Innovation of this paper is constructing the dynamic remote sensing of land useevaluation system for social benefits.The research is still not deep enough, need furtherstudy.
