Study On The Strength Of Tourism Cultural Industry In Hebei Province

The strength of Tourism Cultural Industry is built on tourism resources,tourism enterprises operating strength and management level, which reflected the reasonable allocation of resources and industrial structure and social contribution of the industry to the whole region. In examining the strength of tourism cultural industries, it is necessary to consider the interaction of the tourism industry within the region, and take into account provincial social, economic, political, cultural, environmental and other factors.First of all, this paper starts with describing background and significance of the research, and then overview the present situation of the concept of strength, theories and methods and strategies improvements made by researchers both at home and abroad in the study of tourism industry. At last, the paper summarizes previous studies and tries to define the meaning of tourism cultural strength.In the second place, the paper makes a introduction from five aspects of the strength of tourism cultural industry in Hebei Province ranging from the industry elements, structure, functions, correlation to environment and an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for developing tourism cultural industry in Hebei Province.What is more, with reference to the meaning of strength of tourism cultural industry, the paper tries to construct a three-level evaluation system from industry elements, structure, function, correlation and environment aspects, 38 norms in total. This system will be applied to evaluate the tourism cultural industry strengths of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Shandong, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia and Hebei Provinces with the purpose of proving the top-quality programs and the programs requiring improvements on the basis of comparative analysis.Finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of evaluation result and the reference of Hebei Province's actual situation, this paper proposes four aspects: the integration of Hebei Province's resources, funds, intelligence elements, the optimization of industry, market and consumption structure, the reinforcement of the relationship between tourism and industry, agriculture and tertiary industry, at last, the environment improvement which led by government, including promoting public service facilities, strengthening tourism safety management and accelerating tourist information construction. With above four aspects, this paper expects to provide some suggestive ideas to enhance the strength of Hebei Province's tourism cultural industries.
