Study On The Land Use Structure In Land-use Planning

Land resources are very rare and valuable, and they are the base of mankind existence, and the material base of social development. With the growth of population, economic development, the contradiction between people and land has become more serious day by day in China; and because of the irrational use of land resources led to the decline in land productivity and the deterioration of ecological environment. In accordance with the needs of national economic development, followed the relevant laws of nature and socio-economic laws, in time and space of land resources rationally in the organization and management use, reasonable distribution among national economy departments, with the various construction projects and the protection of the combination of measures of ecological environment correctly, so as to formulate the best land use options to improve land use efficiency and land productivity.It is in order to maximize the economic, social and ecological benefits, and protect land resources, to achieve the purpose of sustainable land resources use. The development of regional economic structure is reflected in the regional industrial structure, but the industry should be assigned to specific spaces, that must occupy a certain land, in this sense, the spatial structure of industry is land-use type structure. Land use structure reflects the regional economical departments, and different types of industrial occupancy ratio and the amount of land set in space, while the land-use planning is to regulate the land use structure reasonably, and therefore the study of land use structure is the coordination of land use conflicts between industrial structure and spatial arrangement on the basis of industry. It is one of the most important part in land-use planning.With Chongqing Territory, the strategic position of Yongchuan region had substantially improved. And now it has become a traffic,trade, technology, information center in the western city of Chongqing. It is a regional center in Sichuan and Chongqing cities and an economic, cultural and trade logistics center.In this context, The economic development is so rapid in demand for more non-agricultural land, while the per capita cultivated land is so less and reserve land resources are limited, the contradiction is obvious between the various land use, finally leading to the contradiction between people and land.At this point,it is important to analysis its land use potential, achieve its strategic objectives,protect the land supply capacity and strengthen its ecological environment in the study of land use structure in Yongchuan.This paper analyzes the relationship between the strategic positioning of Yongchuan area and land use structure, and based on the land use structural data from 1997 to 2005 in Yongchuan and land use structural data in 2005 in Chongqing Municipality and the "Chongqing Economic Corridor" other county. The theoretical basis is the knowledge of landscape ecology, sustainable development concept, multi-objective coordination theory. This paper studies the status of land use structure in 2005 Yongchuan with the use of mathematical statistical software, including its land use distribution case, the analysis of land use structure (such as diversity, abundance and the analysis type of composition, etc.),the differences of land use structure in Yongchuan towns; the differences of the land use structure among Yongchuan, Chongqing and the "Chongqing Economic Corridor" other county;the dynamic changes of the land use structure in 1997-2005 Yongchuan; the same time, on the basis of these studies the future direction of the restructuring of land use were analyzed, and establish its adjustment in Yongchuan. Results were as follows:(1)It has a prominent strategic position, good opportunities for development, and it has become a growth pole of the "Chongqing Economic Corridor," they are good basis for Yongchuan. Meanwhile, the paper analyses the close relationship between the strategic positioning Yongchuan area and land use structure, the results of the analysis is that the reasonable land use structure is the base of district strategic goals.(2) The analysis shows that land use structure is mainly agricultural land, construction land and unused land in 2005,Yongchuan. The three areas accounted for the proportion of the total land area Yongchuan were 81.80%,14.56%,3.64%.(3)Compared with land use structure in the other county "Chongqing Economic Corridor" area, the diversity of land use structure is high concentration,the coefficient is small and it has various combinations.It is said the distribution of land resources in its national economy of various departments is more evenly than other counties, the land-use structure is more reasonable and higher stability, the comprehensive development of the national economic sectors Yongchuan is in good shape; and the same time, more diverse, even in the land use structure is better for protecting the economic growth in this area.(4) The time variability of land use structure was significant in Yongchuan. From 1997 to 2005,the type of land use relationship of significant changes have occurred both in absolute terms, or in combinations in Yongchuan. In terms of quantity,the amount of agricultural land and unused land is decreased, while the number of construction is increased significantly. In the land use structure, land use structure towards high diversity, high uniformity and low concentration, low dominance direction, and the combination of types of land use change has become more.(5) The difference of land use structure is in the spatial distribution in Yongchuan. First, the Lorenz curve of the township land use structure directly reflects the differences of the land use structure in the absolute number and in the proportion of distribution.Second, the land use structure index reflects the significant differences of township land use structure in the concentration, diversity, location advantage and the combination of the types. There are close relations among the development and changes of land use structure, spatial differences and their socio-economic development, industrial structure.(6) Based on comprehensive evaluation of the land use situation, spatial and temporal changes, combined with strategic positioning in Yongchuan, development direction of land use structure is analysied, and the adjustment of land use structure is qualitative described.
