The Research On Adjustment Of Land Use Structure Based On Land Ethics

The development of the city is a process of adjusting and optimizing the structure of industry constantly as well as the adjusting and optimizing the structure land utilization.How to adjust and optimize the structure land utilization,solve the problem in the process of land utilization,improve the economic effect,social effect and ecological effect of land utilization,promote the harmonious development of regional economy and the society is an important mission during the period of city development.,what's more it is the focus and the hot point in the academia.After the studies for so long a time,people acquired much research results,which provide a good basis for this paper.But many researches mainly use the relevant laws and regulations to regulate the utilization and implementation.With the development of economy,we gain insight into structure of land utilization,and find that it is difficult to reach ideal effect And the use of land is not only a problem of economy and society,but also a problem of ethics.In view of this,this paper research the problem in land utilization in the sight of ethics,and optimize the relevant research to make the utilizing of land can be good for both the improvement of utilize benefit and the sustainable development of economy and society.This paper take Wuhan as the example,we use the data of Wuhan from 2003 to 2013 to analysis the land utilization structure with the method of information entropy,and expound the main problem and reason of land utilization in Wuhan.On this basis,we build a conceptual model of land utilize structure from the perspective of ethics.At last we put forward countermeasures for the problems existed in Wuhan:enhance the awareness of land protection,strengthen the intensive use of construction land,pay more attention to the Ecological value of land,accelerating land ethic legislation.This paper provide a new perspective for the further study of the structure of land utilization and enrich the research content of structure of land utilization.
