Strategic Study On Industrial Structure Adjustment Of Hebei Cangzhou Bohai New Area

According to the "Hebei coastal development plan" and to accelerate the development of coastal areas in Hebei province, with the promotion of positive interaction and coordinated development with Tianjin Binhai New District, strengthening the division and cooperation between Beijing and Tianjin, also providing space for industrial transfer and promoting heavy industry restructuring and upgrading, the coastal areas in Hebei Cangzhou Bohai New District became the focus of development. From the perspective of industrial restructuring and on the basis of many scholars in the study of industrial structure theory and the theory of industrial restructuring, to collate and described through the analysis of the present situation of industrial structure of Cangzhou Bohai New District and the existing problems, puts forwardstrategic suggestions for adjustment.Rationalization of industrial structure plays a key role in the steady and rapid economic development. Based on the theory of industrial structure, the thesis researches the strategic problem of Cangzhou Bohai New District industrial structure adjustment. The unreasonable industrial structure of Cangzhou Bohai New District affect the sustainable development of the regional economy, the level of industrial structure is low, the industry chain is short, with the problem of low value added processing, single industry type, lacking of technical industry and with imperfect facilities, have hindered the economic development of Cangzhou Bohai New District. In view of the above problems, the thesis put forward the general objective, i.e. further optimization of the industrial structure, the development of industry to gathering, chain, high tech oriented, the ability of sustainable development increasingly strengthening, significant improvement of the emerging industry proportion, the initial formation of the modern manufacturing industry and service industry as the leading industry, the new pattern of coordinative development between high-tech industry and agriculture development with distinguishing feature. This thesis proposes structure adjustment of the first, second, third industrial structure adjustment strategy and industrial structure policy suggestions of Cangzhou Bohai New District, including:actively adjust the development mode of the first industry; adjust and optimize the second industry, extending the industrial chain and improving the added value based on the existing leading industries and competitive industries, introducing new industry and low carbon industry; improving the quality of the third industry, to the diversified strategic development.
