It's an emerging industry for the fresh sold of Tumorous Stem Mustard in Fuling District, for the present demand of the market and the developing trend, the production and marketing is relatively stable, markets become more standardized, government gives more supporting policies to the industry, and the profits become larger, all of these shows a bright future to the industry, while the industry becomes larger and larger, because of the hardness to keep fresh of Tumorous Stem Mustard, the lackness of independent companies, the weakness of the management, and the unsound of the personnel training and technical services system, there are both opportunities and challenges.The essay summarizes the market status, and the industry condition of the Tumorous Stem Mustard Fresh Sold in Fuling District,adopts several analysis methods or models such as Statistic Method, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, SWOT strategic analysis of Andrews, market mix-4p theory, Porter's Five Forces Model etc to research further about the industry.From the research, we know the relationships between the fresh sold incomes and input, together with price and consumer preferences; the strength, weakness, opportunity,and threat to the fresh sold and know how to face them; Meanwhile, We proposed two strategies which is adjustment of industrial structure to perfect the industrial chain, and realization of strategy of production and marketing, to promoting the development of the industry.
