Research On The Development Of Fresh Agricultural Products Logistics In Fujian Province Based On Demand Analysis

In recent years,the rapid development of e-commerce has led to the rapid development of logistics industry,and regional logistics as an important part of logistics industry has also attracted the attention of all walks of life.Fujian Province since twenty-first Century,GDP is rising,per capita income and expenditure is also rising,people living standard rise also makes people to strengthen the awareness of food safety and freshness,this will have a higher request for fresh agricultural products logistics.Fujian province rapid issued the Cold Chain Logistics Development Plan in 13th Five-Year Of Fujian Province after the state issued the Cold Chain Logistics Development Plan.However,rational decision making planning is bound to analyze logistics demand to ensure the rational allocation of fresh agricultural products logistics resources in Fujian Province,so as to promote the rapid development of fresh produce logistics in Fujian province.This paper based on fresh agricultural products logistics in Fujian province as the breakthrough point,combined with the current situation of fresh agricultural products logistics,the influencing factors and the forecast result analysis of logistics demand in Fujian Province,comprehensive use of economics,statistics,econometrics,logistics management and agricultural economics and other disciplines,put forward the strategy and countermeasures to promote the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Fujian Province.First,this paper analyzes the present situation of Fujian Province agricultural products logistics supply and demand from two aspects,and then from the four aspects of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats to comprehensive analyzed,and focus on analyzing the defects of logistics facilities,for fresh agricultural products logistics development strategy and countermeasures for a drink.Secondly,the paper from several aspects such as the political,economic,and facilities to qualitative analyzed the influence factors of the demand for fresh agricultural products logistics in Fujian Province,At the same time use Eviews software using multiple linear regression method to build the logistics demand forecasting model,and concludes that "cold chain circulation rate","logistics total investment in fixed assets","urban population engaged in logistics" and "per capita disposable income in Fujian Province" the four factors has a positive effect on logistics demand.Subsequently,this paper puts forward the development strategy of fresh agricultural products logistics based on the factors affecting the logistics demand of fresh agricultural products and the forecast analysis of logistics demand in Fujian Province.Finally,based on the above research,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of the logistics of fresh agricultural products in Fujian Province,including strengthening the infrastructure,training professionals and building information platform.
