Research On The Thought Of Lenin's Gradual Developing In New Economic Policy

Soviet Russia's implementation of "War Communism"policy, began a direct transition to socialism, as the emergency measures under anti-war environment which have played an important role, but didn't meet the conditions of Soviet Russia,beyond the stage of social development, resulted political and economic crisis in Soviet regime.Lenin analyzed the Russian situation in depth, summarized lessons learned from the direct transition, decided to implement new economic policy, using a series of intermediate links such as the use of national capitalism for the transition to socialism, form the gradual development mode and road for socialism construction.By implementing new economic policies, brought domestic political stability, national unity in the Soviet Union,made socialism become a dynamic society, and developed the right way from a low starting station to socialism,enriched Marxism theory and scientific socialism Oriental practice, which has reference value to scientific development especially in China's.Therefore, it is important theoretical and practical significance that studying Lenin's gradual developing thought in-depth.This article discusses five parts:first, straightened out research about Lenin's gradual development at present and made the studying objectives chear ;Second, to probe into the main ideas sources and practice basis of Lenin's gradual developing thought; Third, to analyze main aspects of Lenin's gradual developing thought:from a direct transition to the indirect at economic aspect, direct democracy to indirect at political aspect, from impetuous to systematic gradual developing at cultural aspects; Fourth, to discuss dialectical characteristics of lenin's gradual developing thought:the dialectical unity between firm principle of development goals and flexible and pragmatic nature of the development concept, the dialectical unity between internal and external aspects of development, the dialectical unity between heritage and creativity of development,and logic goal of development for the People. Fifth, Lenin's gradual developing thought is of enlightenment significance to scientific development in China:upholding marxism combines with the concrete practice, the construction road must fit out national situation, constructing socialism must further reform and opening, developing must adhere to the socialist orientation.
