Lenin Economics And Management Thought

After the October Revolution, Lenin paid more and more attention to the problems of economy management as the Bolshevik party transferred her work center to the economy construction. How to arrange and manage the economy is one of the very important parts in Lenin's research on the state problems, it is also a combined joint of the problems among the state and economy.During his short time of leading the socialism construction, Lenin clarified a series of important problems about the socialistic economy management and brought forward profound opinions. This paper gives prominence to some of the significant thoughts, such as how to carry out the socialist democracy management, the socialist planned economy management and how to complete economy business counting and realize personal responsibility in the business.This paper is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the author mainly introduced the background of the formation of Lenin's economy management, in the second chapter, the paper emphasized it's main points on the contents and the transformation of Lenin's thoughts at the abnormal time, Lenin's thoughts of economy management at the construction time were discussed in the third chapter, and in the last chapter, the author emphasized her energy on the historical status and the great significance of Lenin's thoughts in the economy management. Today facing with further development and opening, it has important directive meanings to furbish Lenin's thoughts about the country's economy management would be beneficial to how to carry out the state's function properly in economy management, and to make the economy prosper to persist in the road and direction of socialism.
