Research On Dynamics Mechanism For South Zhejiang To Integrate Into The Economic Zone On The West Side Of The Straits

The research on economic zone is one of the most important issues in theorists at present. Being proposed by the Department of State recently, the economic zone on the west side of the Straits has profound economic and political significance for the Economical and society's development of Both Banks, which has caused widespread attention. The development of South Zhejiang region, as being under both the Yangtze River Delta and the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits, has particular importance to the coordinated development between regions.The article mainly uses the literature analysis, the comparative analysis, the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the system theory analysis and so on. Based on comparison of economic and social development situation inner the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, through induction analysis, this article innovatively proposes dynamics mechanism for South Zhejiang to integrate into the area after SWOT analysis, which including interaction mechanism in industry and space. And, the industrial interaction is the content, the spatial interaction is the form, the realization of industrial interaction relies on the spatial interaction. The industrial interaction includes "industrial transferring, industry mutual-supplement, and industrial combination", which have been explanted in the theory and the real diagnosis aspect; while the spatial interaction contains "segregation inside the region, connection between the regions", which provide the way for the coordinated development of regional economies. It also proposes the role of Government has to play in this process from the aspects including government planning, organizational arrangement, infrastructure construction, institution the construction in wish to impel the economic development and the integration process of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits.
