Human resource is an important factor to the success of High-tech enterprise. Thus, how to make systematic quantitative analysis to the training effect of High-tech enterprise is one of the most important ways to further understand and analyze High-tech enterprise. At present, all enterprises attach importance to the training of employees and bring training to important position. In order to add value to human resource and enhance core competence, enterprise pays more attention to the training of employees. Training effect evaluation, being the last step of training system, an indispensable link, is the conclusion of training activity and also an important guide to the training of enterprise.Selecting High-tech enterprises as the research object and extensively absorbing and referring to relative researches of training effect evaluation did by experts and scholars both at home and abroad, the thesis proposes to establish an appropriate method model of training effect evaluation to High-tech employee training and puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP and Fuzzy Theory to solve the problems of employee training effect evaluation of High-tech enterprises. The method adopts the weight of getting the indexes of every layer of AHP and Fuzzy method to identify attribute value of every program. Being applied to the training effect evaluation of High-tech enterprise, the method gets satisfied result by the application of individual case. This proves the availability of the method in the training effect evaluation of High-tech enterprises. In order to contribute to the development of training effect evaluation theory in China and improve the current situation of employee training of High-tech enterprises in China, the thesis does a tentative research in the employee training effect evaluation of this enterprise.
