Development of high-tech industries has prompted a country's economy to develop at a rate several or more times that of the traditional economy,and competition between countries has turned into competition in the overall national strength represented by high and new technologies,while high-tech enterprises are high-tech economic entities.It plays an important role in the development of high-tech industries.The scientific evaluation of the performance of high-tech enterprises is of great significance to the scientific management of the high-tech enterprise network and the cultivation of the enterprise's core competitiveness so as to promote the healthy development of high-tech industries.However,high-tech enterprises have the typical features of high input,high risk,high return,high growth,and high permeability,which makes their performance evaluation different from traditional enterprises.It is the dual requirement of the enterprise characteristics and the purpose of evaluation to establish a scientific evaluation index system for the characteristics of the high-tech enterprises and adopt the scientific evaluation method to evaluate their performance.Based on the relevant research results of performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises,this paper makes a systematic research of performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises based on relevant theories and methods.Firstly,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the performance evaluation index of high-tech enterprises,designs the corresponding index system,determines the index weight based on the AHP method,and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,some enterprises were selected for empirical analysis.The main results of this research are:(1)It puts forward that the performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises has the characteristics of high investment,high risk,high income,high growth,and high permeability,and establishes the selection principle of performance evaluation indicators for high-tech enterprises;This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises from two perspectives: the characteristics of enterprises and the purpose of evaluation.(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the performance of high-tech enterprises is constructed.Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system built in the third chapter,the weight determination and consistency test are carried out by the analytic hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of high-tech enterprises based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is constructed by adopting the basic thinking of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and single factor performance evaluation and multi-factor performance evaluation.(3)Five high-tech enterprises were selected as samples,relevant data were collected,performance evaluation models were used to evaluate the performance of five high-tech enterprises,and specific evaluation results were obtained.The applicability and scientific nature of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model proposed in this paper are confirmed by empirical analysis.The research on the scientific evaluation of the performance of high-tech enterprises has very important theoretical value and practical significance,and has strong guiding significance for the management innovation and competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.The results of this research can improve the competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and obtain the ability of sustainable development.
