Corporate culture is the "soft power" is the core competitiveness of enterprise development. Corporate culture from the beginning of its birth by the concern and attention of the parties, the countries of the world to follow suit use of the corporate culture is also surging, China’s corporate culture of a late start, but the strong momentum of development, various types of enterprises are active construction funds for a unique corporate culture, in order to improve the company’s core competitive strength, SMEs are an important part of the economic development in China, occupies an important seats in the domestic and international markets with their own advantages. The international financial crisis in2008, the end of2009, European countries sovereign debt crisis, the spread of the global crisis had a serious impact on China’s economy, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. Sichuan as the Western Province, rich resources, resource-rich, labor-intensive, in this magical land, gave birth to a long history of civilization Bashu, multi-ethnic culture, the formation of multi-form commercial culture.
