A Research On The Role Of Entrepreneur Human Capital On Core Competitiveness

In recent years, scholars highly concerned about entrepreneurs human capital, as China is still in the process of economic transformation, which provides a wider space for entrepreneurs to achieve sustained and rapid business development and economic growth, Entrepreneur human capital produce more profound effects on core competitiveness of enterprises.Entrepreneurs hold the power of business decision-making, which on one hand they should maximize the internal functions of production factors by coordination and optimize configuration of the various production factors, on the other hand they lead innovation and risk management for outside competition. Thus entrepreneur human capital undoubtedly plays a vital role in the process of constructing core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the existing research, the paper tries to put entrepreneur human capital into the framework of analysis of core competitiveness from the viewpoint of specific human capital characteristics. The main contents are as follows.The paper firstly reviews on the closely related theories including the theory of entrepreneurs, entrepreneur human capital theory and the theory of core competence, aims to make clear the thinking of this study, then we propose the focus of our research of analyzing the present research on the relationship of entrepreneur human capital and core competitiveness.This study researches on core competence from the perspective of entrepreneur human capital with comprehensive use of management science, economics and behavioral science theories and methods of multi-disciplinary. After constructing the basic research framework of entrepreneur human capital and core competence, we demonstrate that entrepreneur human capital play an important role on firm core competence,which consists of the efficiency human capital, dynamic human capital and exchange human capital.Then, this study collects some practical enterprises from Zhejiang province as research sample data and establishes a regression equation with the sample range from it. Based on previous research results and views, we analyze the selected sample and the correlation between entrepreneurs' human capital and the core competitiveness of enterprises.Finally, the paper draws conclusions and put forward specific proposals to raise the level of entrepreneur human capital based on our empirical results, thereby enhancing their core competitiveness. The main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows. Firstly, Social network of entrepreneurs is of the greatest influence on the core competence, followed by knowledge entrepreneurs. Secondly, with the age becomes younger and younger, the education level becomes higher and higher, therefore the entrepreneur efficiency human capital becomes higher and higher.
