The Research Of Emergency Power Supply Mechanism Based On Emergency Response Capability Assessment

Establishment perfect emergency response mechanism of power supplying is the obligations and responsibilities of both grid and electricity customers. The assess of emergency power supply ability is the basis of study emergency response mechanisms.In this paper, the conception of Emergency response capacity of regional power supply be putted firstly which connect three aspects:Power supply side, electricity side, the consequences of power failure. I have established a frame of indicators, including three-llevel indicators,15 secondary indicators,47 21evel indicators.Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation model of Emergency response capability of regional supply was established by using Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and tested the GuiYang city.Finally, based on the above work, according to the weight of indicator, I study detailed on the emergency response mechanism of power supplying which was dominated by grid.
