Research On Supply Chain Emergency Capability Evaluation Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process And Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

In recent years，along with the unceasing division of market and industry，enterprisesmore and more depend on supply chain. The competition shifts from the competitionbetween single enterprises to the competition between supply chains, enterprises’ stableand healthy development can not be separated from reliable supply chain.But because offrequent occurrence of all kinds of unexpected events, demand diversification andcharacteristics of supply chain involved in diversification, cross-regional, multi-link, thesupply chain is vulnerable to many external and internal uncertain factors. When theoperation of the supply chain have problems, a rapid response is directly related to thestrength of the enterprises competitive. Therefore, supply chain emergency capabilityresearch has very important practical significance. This paper aims to provide a newmethod with the reference value for the evaluation of supply chain emergency capability,which will provide a basis for business decision-makers.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all, there is a summary which analyzes related research of supply chainemergency management, then it introduces the theory of supply chain, supply chainmanagement and emergency management and difines supply chain emergency capability.Second, existing evaluation methods are compared and theories of the analytichierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are elaborated. Then itanalyzes the influence factors of the supply chain emergency capability and the principle ofbuilding evaluation index system.At last, a evaluation index system of supply chainemergency capability is builded.Finally, evaluation index system of supply chain emergency capability is applied to aspecific instance.Then with the specific instance, using the analytic hierarchy process andfuzzy comprehensive evaluates the evaluation index system.
