On The Application Of Project Management Theory To College Students' Innovation Project

This paper combines college students' innovation project with project management concept by applying of the Literature review, questionnaire, interview, case analysis and project management concept. We put forward compete countermeasure and program of the control of the process of college innovation project by the application of the theories, skills and knowledge of project management to college innovation project and combining the real case with observation and research of the project. In order to establish a complete project process model of innovation project thus forming orderly management of innovation project.We sincerely hope that the application of project management to college innovation project can provide some help and reference for the management of college students' innovation project of various colleges and universities,promoting the orderly and efficient development of assignment.
