Studying On Enterprises' Technology Innovation Mechanism Based On Knowledge Management

Knowledge economy is intellectual economy which is based on knowledge and has the character of innovation. With the rapid growth of science technology, knowledge is reducing the need of per production for material, labor, capital, time and space. The growth of economy depends more on the development and use of knowledge than on the addition of physical assets. Enters 21st century, people gradually realize the knowledge is important to the enterprises' development, At the same time, the way of technology innovation has changed from traditional way to the way regarding knowledge creation and flowing as the main part. Under this condition, the relationship between knowledge management and technology innovation becomes the focus of academy. The enterprises' technology innovation is the process of knowledge production, creation and application. Neglecting comprehension and management of knowledge must impact on the achievement of the technology innovation. Knowledge management as the most effective method for management knowledge activities, can explore the potentiality of technology innovation, advance the speed of innovation, reduce the uncertainty, therefore, promote product's competitiveness, and promote enterprise sustainable development.
