Effective analysis of customer perceived value is an important way to improve customer satisfaction. The realization of different kinds of power customers'requirement is the premise and key to manage customer perceived value effectively. Firstly, this paper introduces the current research about theory of customer perceived value and analyzes the main driving factors that affecting the customer perceived value. Secondly, the power customer perceived value index system is established based on both SERVQUA and RATER evaluating standard. Then PLS and LISREL method is compared and path coefficient weighting is discussed in this paper. Finally, impacting route and impacting effect are connected with the current situation of power supply enterprise by carrying out the empirical research about customer perceived value of power supply enterprise. The current status of customer service in power supply enterprise is analyzed so as to provide important basis for improving the standard of service for power supply enterprises.
