| Performance evaluation system with respect to corporate strategy is an effective way to implement hotel strategy. According to the analysis of the relevant theories and research upon home and abroad involving hotel performance evaluation, we analyze the current states and the main problems of hotel performance evaluation of electric power industry. Furthermore, the Balanced Scorecard approach and the Key Success Factors approach are introduced in the designing process of electric power industry hotel performance evaluation system and correspondingly, operation steps are established to ensure the effective implementation of evaluation. Finally, taking D hotel as an example, based on in-depth analysis on current states of its organizational structure and performance evaluation, we provide a detailed demonstration on the of the design of hotel performance evaluation system and implementation process, some rectification proposals are put forward according to evaluation results. |
