In recent years, with the development of tourism in many different types of hotel, resort-style hotels have sprung up everywhere, as the hotel industry a bright star, how to strengthen the hotel's human resources management, has been more and more hotel managers issues of mutual interest. Performance management is the core of human resource management, business competition, in fact, competition for talent. How performance management, improve service levels, enhance their competitive edge in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, the hotel management has important significance.In the Villa the original human resources management system, based on done a great deal of information gathering and research, enterprise performance management through the past and present detailed analysis carried out by reference to tourist resorts enterprise human resource management, especially performance management case, combined with the Villa composition and quality of the actual situation and so on, according to Villa's overall development strategy, establish Villa departments and key performance indicator system employees, from the systems and processes and tools in terms of construction of a scientific system as a whole, in the to design a set of performance management programs, while implementation of the program developed and implemented a series of institutional security system.This article focuses on human resource management to analyze the present situation of Villa, the Villa performance appraisal system currently in place to conduct a comprehensive analysis and study the form of a questionnaire Villa psychological needs of employees and work motivation and other factors conducted a detailed survey, combined with analysis of the current Villa closely related to performance management and employee training and remuneration system to the idea of balanced scorecard strategic tool in the formulation and improve the performance management system at the same time, according to Hill's overall development strategy and formulate long-term development goals past Villa, and so may out of key performance indicators to hotel business divisions of key performance indicators, performance management process as a framework to design a set of hotels for the tourism business performance management system.In this paper, findings of the study of tourism hotel company to revise the existing performance management systems, key performance indicators for libraries to build and enhance employee performance has a positive learn.
