The Study On The Influencing And Enhancing Mechanism Of OFDI On Agglomeration Of Regional Innovation Resources

In order to cope with competition and challenges of economic globalization, the dynamic development model of regional agglomeration of innovation resources needs to strengthen linkages with the external network,thus it can raise the configuration efficiency of local funds, human capital, technology and other resources within the framework of a global operation. OFDI is considered to be embedded to global networks in an effective way. Based on the capital effects of OFDI perspective, we make a new theoretical explorations about influencing effect of regional agglomeration of innovative resources in an open environment,and explore how to enhance the mechanism.The innovation of this study lies in the following points:We distinguish between the elements and innovation subject dimensions of innovation resources.Drawing on foreign direct investment theory, the western theory of industrial organization, transaction cost theory and technology spillover theory, we explore the impact of OFDI on regional agglomeration economies from both the macro and micro effects; Based on Location entropy we build indicator of fund and human resources concentration degree, verify the positive impact of OFDI on innovation resources agglomeration. And use structural equation model to explore the different impact paths,founding that the micro-effects of the revenue cost-effectiveness, the macro effects of capital accumulation, industrial structure, employment effects have better results. And technical effects and resource allocation effects play an important role but to be further improved. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical results, make useful exploration about enhancing mechanisms through exchange rate risk management, technology chains upgrading and enhancing of regional financial markets, industrial chain and human capital.
