Study And Application Of The Evaluation Model Of Regional Environmental Syntheses

There is a close link between economy and environment, to research environmental quality of region should be consider more aspects related to the environment, if only illustrate the quality of the regional environment from an regional environment,there is no equality; therefore, exploring a regional environmental syntheses of different economic types region is very urgent.In order to further understanding,evaluating the deep relationships of sustainable developments among social, economic, environmental systems, based on the theoretical framework of regional environmental complex sustainable development, studied the design principles and design methods of indicators system of regional environmental syntheses use systems analysis, and try to build a indicators system of regional environmental syntheses. System is divided into four levels and 18 indicators, attempted to establish a new evaluation model. This paper selects the representative areas in large cities (with city centers, urban areas, ecological zones), take a district of Beijing as an example. Applied the new model to evaluate the data from 2002 to 2006 to the selected region, we can obtain the different process of development and the corresponding development of environmental syntheses in different economic regions have the different levels.In order to further determine the credibility of evaluation results by the establishment model, select a model to compare, choose the model combined AHP and Fuzzy methods; ultimately find out the conditions of regional environmental synthesis, through the comparison, the evaluate result of the new model is almost same to the model of Fuzzy and AHP, and it is more simple than the model of AHP and Fuzzy.Through analysis results of the model, in the view of the sustainable development maturity of environmental syntheses in different economic regions from 2002 to 2006, human - natural systems in the regional environment syntheses was positively growth, the sustainable development maturity of environmental syntheses are from low to high, indicating human and its corresponding human activities which is the main dominant master within environment syntheses, is product material which is necessary for human survival when obtain energy and resources, and let waste to destroy environment; at the same time, has been working to improve the environment quality, and also received the corresponding results, that is, sustainable development maturity of environmental syntheses continue to increase. The growth of sustainable development maturity of environmental syntheses in three regional was just showing the opposite sequence growth with the absolute value of maturity; this environmental synthesis is a system that is fragile and constantly changing, affect by many factors.The model was set up in this paper is appropriate to evaluate the situation of regional environmental complex, can further improving the corresponding environmental management, thus improving social progress, economic development, environmental quality, the results of this study have a certain reference value for the socio-economic and environmental development of the different economic types regions.
