A Study To Evaluate System Indicators Of Hongxuan Hotel Architecture

Through an evaluated experiences regarding Hongwell enterprise to asses Hongxuan hotel,this study proposes a system framework focusing on investment evaluation of international hotel.Hongxuan hotel considers several indicators as system framework of investment evaluation including location evaluation,competitive market analysis,the market survey in hotel and catering,facilitated plan,demand forecast in the hotel,forecasting averaged price,financial forecast in the future,cost assumption and investment return.However,this study summaries research literature about investment evaluation of international hotel in the past,which finds out that Balanced Score Card(BSC),Data Envelopment Approach(DEA),and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)are the most popular methods applying to the evaluation of international hotels.Meanwhile,this study shows that the procedure of international hotel evaluation includes several steps in the market survey,hotel facilities,prediction in cash flow,and financial analysis.The system framework of international investment evaluation reflects that Hongxuan hotel case is worth to reference in the market survey,hotel facilities,and financial analysis.In contrast,Hongxuan hotel lacks investment evaluation to the prediction of cash flow.The results from this study propose that an international investment of evaluation contains location's potential resources and limitations,market demand and requirement,prediction of cash flow,payback period.Besides,this study also aims at lacks to propose a series steps including project account management,cash flow prediction,and revenue definition in the invested hotel,which not only offers to campus research but also rectifications of indication feedbacks to Hongwell enterprise assess of Hongxuan hotel.
