Research On Development Of China's Green Export

In 21st century, as the world economic development, human society is faced with environmental protection, ecological balance and how to coordinate economic development issues. During the profound reflection of industrial civilization, human put forward the concept of sustainable development. At the present, countries in the world all are committed to environmental protection, green economy and green trade development. Since reform and opening, China's rapid economic development made remarkable achievements, at the meantime; China's ecological environment has paid a heavy price. High input, high consumption, high pollution and low efficiency of the traditional industrialization mode is not suitable for the green trend of global economy and trade, and therefore China must change the existing model of economic development. Developing a green economy, promoting exports of green trade, is the inevitable choice of China's foreign trade.This paper chooses the traditional international trade theory, sustainable development theory, circular economy theory, green economy theory and green trade economy theory as the theoretical basis to analyze China's export trade and introduce the overall background of the development of China's green export, and explain interaction between export trade and environment. This paper proposed some challenges which China will be faced with after joined WTO, and some measurements be taken at this stage; therefore, introduce the difficulties of China's trade development. This paper take food industry, especially the dairy food industry as a case study, to analyze the favorable and the adverse effects to the export of YiLi group and SanLu group respectively, and introduce some experience of foreign countries dairy industry, and then made a overall analysis of China's export. In this paper, the development of green export trade should be the guiding ideology and principles, to follow the basic content of green trade and the main features, including put emphasis on organic food production, foster green export companies, develop green technologies, green marketing and sustainable transportation. Some recommendations have been put forward according to change the mode of export trade, optimize export structure, promote development of green food and energy conservation, and develop green transportation. In the meantime, to establish and improve related investment and financing measure, technology, legal and administrative measures as a kind of support. Finally, construct the green export trade system, in order to accomplish the sustainable development of China's green export trade.
