In recent years, enterprises continue to reduce production costs and marketing costs have been unrealistic with the rapid development of economic globalization, furthermore, the competition among enterprises is quite fierce in the market economy environment, which inevitably makes the managers take scientific management mode, Reducing the storage cost of commodity is bound to make business managers enthusiastic, and that has become an enormous economic benefits of access, called "the third profit source." Hence, how could the managers take use of scientific techniques to organize the storage management of products to determine the time and the quantity has been become an important issue?At present, there are lots of software systems related to product storage management and product information management in our country's software market, however, the most ones are just provide the functions of adding, deleting, revising ect, they didn't give any effective advices to solve the current problems faced by managers. This is the starting point of our paper; the commodity storage optimization analysis system provided is significant to aid management decision-making. In accordance with an application system development process, this paper follows the process: needs analysis, outline design, coding, and testing. At last, in the main part of the paper shows the various functional interfaces.This paper focuses on system development, it is quite difficult to achieve the functions of the system with optimizing and expanding, this part relating computer science, business management, statistics and operations research disciplines is the integration of cross-knowledge. This system is designed in the approach of incremental development, and it has the characteristics such as scalability, versatility and high flexibility. This system is in Microsoft Visual C + + environment using hierarchical design approach to development, the system framework is divided into interactive layer, function layer and data layer to achieve, Which functions layer including the knowledge relating product storage classification, ordering policy, goods storage model and the prediction of algorithm. Data from the database system is connected. Microsoft SQL Server is taken as the database server in our system and you can connect any DBMS with ODBC driver interfaces. While testing, we may not be able to get the optimal solution to solve the storage of commodities, but this system offers to our decision-making program has reflected the value of our development.
