The geographical location of Kazakhstan is located in Central Asia, it is adjacent to the western areas of China. It is the world’s largest landlocked country. Kazakhstan is one of the foremost important countries in Central Asia. Its predecessor, the Kazaich Soviet Socialist Republic, declared independence of Kazakhstan on December 16,1991. In recent years, Kazakhstan’s economy has grown at 7.6%, and people’s living standards have improved steadily. Kazakhstan is close to the west of China.In Western Han Dynasty, Chinese envoy Zhang Qian had visited regions of Kazakhstan. There is a long history of traditional friendship between China and Kazakhstan. Sino-Kazakhstan strategic partnership has been developing smoothly in recent yeaars as the governments and leaders of the two countries attach great importance to each other. In recent years, with consideerable development of Kazakhstan’s political, economic, and trade sphers the cooperation of Kazakhstan and China has strengthen a lot, which has facilitated the implementation of Kazakhstan’s development strategy. Economic and trade cooperation with China has a big impact on the economy and political situation in Kazakhstan. Dynamically expanding economic cooperation and trade activity with China conforms to Kazaichstan’s strategic ebjectives and strategic focus. Development of bilateral trade cooperation in the standardization process can achieve a mutual beneficial Kazakhstan-Chinese trade. Bilateral trade between two countries has a great potential effect in promoting trade between two countries and to achieve more prosperity and development in trade between two countries.Kazakhstan’s one of the main foreign strategic policies is to develop economic and trade cooperation with China. The resources of two countries have good complementary that promote cooperation of Kazakhstan and China in many areas, especially in the energy, transportation and investMent cooperation plan, which played a significant role in promoting bilateral economic and trade between two countries. This research could be refined further and it has a certain practical significance in trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China causing to strengthen trade and economic cooperation between two countries and to establish long-term goal of economic cooperation, expand bilateral cooperation, accelerate the pace of Kazakhstan’s integration into the global multilateral trading system. In addition to this, the cooperation between two countries will greatly promote the process of regional economic integration of Kazakhstan and will have a leading role in the strengthening the cooperation with other Ⅲ countries in Central Asia. Kazakhstan’s second largest trade partner is China, following Russia in the Commonwealth of Independent State countries.Since establishment of diplomatic relationship in 1992, China and Kazakhstan have expanded their economic cooperation, and the trade between the two countries has witnessed rapid development. The leaders af the two countries have frequently exchanged visits, which resulted in mutual political trust being continuously strengthened. In 2005, China and Kazakhstan declared to establish the strategic partnership, which ensured the direction of bilateral relations in the new century and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields of the economy. In July 2006, the first cross-border oil pipeline between China and Kazakhstan had been put into commercial operation after which oil volume has increased year by year. It made an increasing contribution to the economic construction of the two countries. The positive open-door economic policies of Kazakhstan, economic prosperity, social development, political stability and magnifieent "2030 Development Statement" will in all help promote the cooperative potentials between China and Kazakhstan; and further enhance the Sino-Kazakhstan friendship.
