In recent years, China's rural areas have emerged many new specialized cooperative economic organizations in rural areas in order to adapt the process of China's rural market and improve the efficiency of agricultural production. The organization carried out at the local place whose role in promoting the local economy began to gradually appear. Organization could avoid risk well so that an individual turn a dilemma faced by the market into an organized, orderly market in the state. Specialized cooperative economic organizations in rural areas can provide services for farmers which can deal with the lack of qualified personnel in rural areas, backward technology, inadequate information and other issues effectively, also the market economy environment. The development of agricultural modernization can provide a new and important vector for involved farmers with economic benefits and at the same time improve the organization of farmers at some level and upgrade the structure of agriculture.
