| ABSTRACT:As the development of information technology, enterprises pay more attention on the ERP investment. How to evaluate an ERP investment project is an extremely important topic of an ERP investment decision and management. Now our enterprises have made a great achievement on the application of the ERP, and the development of this trend will be faster and better. Meanwhile it is still confronted with a lot of urgent problems restricting the further development of the ERP, the important one of which is how to make a systematic scientific evaluation on the application fruit of the ERP project by revealing the application condition of the ERP from different angles according to quantitative calculation, quantitative analysis and some other impersonal assessment guidelines.Under the environment that ERP is applied to business management widely, the combination of enterprise's performance evaluation target system and the ERP system has the significant practical significance to improve the efficiency and the level of the enterprise performance evaluation. The aspect that most concerned by construction enterprises which have adopted ERP is that what are the influences and economic benefits ERP will bring to these enterprises. Balanced Scorecard is though the combination of finance target and non-finance target to contact the performance measurement and implementation of the strategy, design a set of target systems which can help senior managers to understand the situation of the enterprise performance. This paper introduces the concept of Balanced Scorecard(BSC), studies the corresponding relationship between the supply chain of ERP and the causation chain of BSC according to the characteristics of ERP and discusses the performance measurements system based on BSC under the condition of ERP, at the same time use the expert evaluation method. At last, we discuss how construction enterprises conduct performance management effectively. |
