| The Balanced Scorecard is a method of evaluating enterprise performance.When using the Balanced Scorecard,it is necessary to always evaluate the company’s overall strategic goals from four aspects: finance,customers,internal operations,and learning and growth.The role of the balanced scorecard in enterprises is not limited to the evaluation of these four aspects,but can also be combined with the actual needs of the enterprise to modify the criteria and scheme level indicators reasonably to adapt to the enterprise itself.The correct use of the balanced scorecard can help enterprise managers make wise decisions and promote the achievement of enterprise strategic goals.The balanced scorecard can also combine the actual needs of the enterprise,modify the criteria and scheme level indicators reasonably to adapt to the enterprise itself,and help the enterprise establish a scientific and effective performance evaluation system based on its strategic goals,thereby promoting the future development of the enterprise.This paper takes Company D in the construction supervision industry as the research object,and from the perspective of the balanced scorecard,strives to identify the problems and shortcomings of the performance evaluation index system in the development process of Company D,and proposes solutions for improving the performance evaluation index system.This paper analyzes the current performance evaluation status of Company D through a questionnaire survey,summarizes its existing problems,and further demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of implementing the Balanced Scorecard to optimize the current system of Company D.Taking the strategic objectives of Company D as the starting point,draw a Strategy map,divide the strategic objectives into specific indicators,and combine the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard to build a system.Then,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to assign weights to the dimensions of each indicator,and target values are set for the indicators to construct a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system.Once again,to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized system,guarantee measures are provided from three aspects.Finally,the paper takes the A project supervision department under D company as the experimental object to verify the optimized performance evaluation system.The paper aims to provide reference for the performance evaluation of D company and other construction supervision enterprises. |
