Motivational Mechanism And Development Model Of County Tourism Economy

County tourism is an important part of contemporary tourism. However, it has not gained much attention at home and abroad. In order to enrich the study in this field, this paper takes "county tourism economic development mode" as the main line. Based on the analysis of the specific practices and impacts, this paper summed up the motivational mechanism of county tourism economic development, which seems helpful for the further study. At last, the paper summarizes five patterns of Chinese county tourism economic development from the perspective of its motivational mechanism, and finds out their own application conditions followed idea of "a combination of theory and practice".Firstly, based on the use of literature review method and epagoge method, the paper quotes the bow bowstring and arrow model of city competence of Ni Pengfei to seek out twelve acting factors of motivational mechanism of county tourism development model. Secondly, the paper carries out extensive research of seven typical cases based on the combine of theoretical research and empirical research method. Thirdly, in order to improve the accuracy and maneuverability, this paper has quantitative research as well as qualitative research. Based on the comparative studies of seven cases, it extracts the key acting factors and set up the motivational mechanism model of county tourism economic development model.Fourthly, based on different key driving factors, the county tourism economic development models are divided into five categories:resource-driven, demand-driven, government-driven, market-driven and environment-driven.The first major innovation of this paper is the introduction of Ni Pengfei's "bow bowstring and arrow model", which used to analyze the acting factors of the county tourism development. The second innovation is to summed up the county tourism economic development model from the perspective of its motivational mechanism.
