M&A is the important ways to enterprises to try to develop.The researchs about the supervisory capability of M&A are emerging in endlessly with the activities of M&A are booming. Very few people study the supervisory capability of M&A in activities of M&A, someone in China have researched the relationship between the supervisory capability of M&A and the performance of M&A.Retrospect and summary of the researches by specialists and scholars all corners of the world,we analyze comprehensively the theory of supervisory capability of M&A.In this thesis,we establish a comprehensive model about the supervisory capability of M&A and analyze the relationship between the supervisory capability of M&A and the performance of M&A to the development of enterprises.In the core of this thesis,we analyze the supervisory capability of M&A of Sinosteel Corporation and National Machinery Industry Corporation,verify the positive correlation between supervisory capability of M&A and the performance of M&A and the important influence to development of enterprises.If the central enterprises of China want to quickly become bigger and stronger, more powerful international competitive edge, must have the perfect supervisory capability of M&A.
