| Industrial cluster has become one of the important characteristics of the current world economic development, it exists universally in the countries all over the world, for example, America’s Silicon Valley, India’s Bangalore, London’s financial industry area and so on. Industrial cluster in our country has got a rapid development since1995. Industrial cluster has a great influence on the development of regional economy and industrial organization in our country. To a certain extent, we can say that the development and the change of industrial clusters are directly related to the future development trend of China’s economy. With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, international investment and Multi-National Corporations have played important roles in the global economy. Increasing in the scale of foreign capital utilization, injected a powerful driving force to China’s economic growth. In the past ten years, the number of absorbing FDI in China has been in the forefront of developing countries, and among the ranks of the world’s largest country to attract foreign capital. This article is to make a research on industrial cluster which Multi-National Corporation involved in such international and domestic background.Multi-National Corporation is one of the important carriers of economic globalization, becoming a link between the cluster and outside the region, and promoting the formation, development and upgrading of the industrial cluster.In return, in order to keep pace with the world, many countries will take preferential policies to attract foreign investment, due to its significant economies of scale and unique innovation systems, industrial clusters attract Multi-National Companies to invest. Since the existence of the interactive relationship between the Multi-National Corporation and the industrial clusters, then on the basis of old researches, combining with the actual situation of our country, links of the two make the further and systematic study very significance. As a new and high technology industry, the software industry is the origin and strategic industry of the national economy and social development. It is also the core and soul of information industry, which greatly changes the structure of modern society, people’s life style and thinking mode, and is related to a country’s political, economic and social security. Software and service outsourcing is an important part of software and information service industry. With economic globalization and global industrial structure adjustment, the global industrial transfer trend is becoming more and more obvious in different countries. Multi-National Companies will outsource non-core business processes in order to reduce costs. Faced with this historic opportunity, the provinces of our country have increased efforts to promote service outsourcing, and according to the reality of the situation, select value chain which adapt to the local economy, make full use of local resources, at the same time, the government adopts a preferential policy, and gradually forms a unique software industrial cluster.Software park is an important carrier of software industry cluster development, which realizes the software enterprise resource integration and complementary advantages. This article selects Beijing software park, Shanghai software park, Dalian software park, Xi’an software park as the research object, chooses multinational company foreign direct investment and industrial agglomeration measurement location quotient from2006to2011for variable regression analysis, using empirical analysis systematically to discuss interactive relation between foreign Multi-National Corporation and China’s software industry cluster. Through the empirical analysis we can obtain that, software park of the four city involved in this paper exist a positive correlation relationship between Multi-National Corporation foreign direct investment and industrial cluster, that is to say, the increase of foreign direct investment is advantageous to the software industry cluster, and the software industry further accumulation is beneficial to attract more foreign investment. Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Xi’an, as four cities of the rapid development of software industry in our country, which have their own advantages in the construction of software parks, but also face many challenges. The last chapter is to put forward recommendations from the aspect of enterprise, government, non-governmental organizations. It makes the article not only has the theoretical significance, but also has practical application significance, so that our country may achieve further improvement in the software industry. |
