With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional economic integration process, both the trade volume and the customer's requirements for transport services quality are improving continuously in the central and western China. Multimodal transport has become an inevitable trend for modern logistics development. However, the poor good sets and low level of supply organization have impeded the development of Multimodal transport along the bridge for a long time. To strengthen the theory research of multimodal is necessary. It is particularly important to making a good multimodal transport supply organizations of new Eurasian Continental Bridge and plan a scientific and effective network system of cargo sets. For the purpose of improving the level of multimodal sources organization of new Eurasian Continental Bridge (China section), this paper draws on the existing theory of network topology and node planning and the latest research results of related fields. Factors of new Eurasian Continental Bridge (China section) multimodal freight network layout planning are analyzed, and fuzzy cluster analysis method and location quotient model are used to business region zoning of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge (China section). Five major business areas are divided. And then, facing to each business area, multimodal transport freight network location model is established based on the lowest comprehensive cost. Planning and site selection for different level of freight network are made. Finally, it uses the network assessment theory, constructing cargo capacity evaluation and network efficiency evaluation models. And the actual goods sets networks and planning network are compared and analyzed. The result shows that it is practical and effective to use the systemic theory to plan for the intermodal freight network of new Eurasian Continental Bridge (China section). And the intermodal freight network can not only further improve the capacity of business network, but also contribute to the economic efficiency of business networks.
