Network Layout And Business Planning Of Company A' Spare Parts Services

The management of spare parts services is a very important field in modern business administration, which attracts extensive attention from all kinds of organizations. High inventory costs, low demand characteristics of the planning services network are distinguishing features of spare parts services. Network location and personnel allocation within the inventory control are the key issues.This dissertation focuses on a spare parts services project of a private electronics company.
