In order to ensure the safe,continuous and stable operation of EMU s,maintenance and repairs are required.The timely supply of spare parts is a prerequisite for efficient and rapid overhaul of EMUs.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically manage EMU spare parts inventory.The repairable spare parts account for a large proportion of the costs incurred during the entire life cycle of EMU spare parts put into use and scrapped,and the circulation process is more complex.So,it is the focus of EMU spare parts inventory management.By analyzing the repair schedule of China EMUs,the management system of spare parts,and the characteristics of EMU repairable spare parts,it is pointed out that the existing EMU repairable spare parts classification method in China is general.The current status of the single inventory control strategy is leading to China's EMU.The group has some spare parts stocks out of stock,and some spare parts stocks are redundant and other reasons.Therefore,this paper improves the inventory classification method and inventory control strategy of repairable spare parts of EMUs,designs a two-level inventory control solution for repairable spare parts,and realizes the scientific management.First of all,this study considers the importance of repairable spare parts and the inventory flow speed,and comprehensively classifies repairable spare parts.When evaluating the importance of spare parts,the introduction of the rail transit RAMS standard construction evaluation index system and the use of DEA-ABC The classification method divides the importance of spare parts into three categories:A,B,and C.On this basis,the core spare parts of A are further subdivided,and the core spare parts are classified into two categories,AF and AS,taking into account the inventory flow rate of spare parts.Finally,EMU repairable spare parts are divided into AF,AS,B,C four categories.Secondly,according to the results of comprehensive classification and the characteristics of various spare parts,different inventory control strategies for different types of repairable spare parts are matched.Based on the two-level spare parts inventory supply system composed of the EMU and EMU in China,the Vari-Metric theory was introduced to construct a two-level inventory control model for EMU repairable spare parts.Finally,taking the spare parts consumption data of Beijing EMU segment and the four EMUs within the jurisdiction as an example,the inventory classification of repairable spare parts was carried out,and the inventory control model was solved using the genetic algorithm,and the results were analyzed.From the comparison of results,the comprehensive classification method that considers the importance of repairable spare parts and the inventory flow speed of key pasrts is more comprehensive,improving the generality of the original classification methods;the two-level inventory control strategy under different strategies can avoid the original inventory control method.Singleness,in addition,the solution proposed in this paper can reduce the total cost while ensuring the timely supply of repairable spare parts,and achieve a more scientific repairable spare parts inventory control.
