Study On The Construction Of Flight Safety Management System Of China Southern Airlines

Through researching extensive management theory and flight safety professional knowledge, this article pertinently puts forward flight safety operation management in the construction of two points:one is the establishment of flight technical standard system, namely, career of the pilots must be into the life safety inspection system, so that it is provided with standardization, operability, and comprehensive coverage. Second is the creativity of operation standard system,which ended the preliminary judgment on flight from perceptual controllable operation situation. Pilots flying as a central part of the safety management system can process of the flight control, which plays a key role of precautionary and suspension of risk warning. In this paper, two point also solve the matching problem between the different types of airport with different technical standards of the pilots, and the quantifiable measurements problem of flying pilots operation strength. It realizes the measure of flight safety operation and dynamic fatigue quantitative indicators for the testability, and provides an important objective parameter.
