Research On Prevention And Control Of Eastern Airlines Flight Safety Risks Based On Unit Human Factors And Countermeasures

With the development of the manufacturing technology of the modern aviation aircraft by leaps and bounds,the modern aviation airplanes have assembled all high-tech as a whole. Airplanes’performance and the safety of the software and hardware in the condition of operation, and its reliability have increasingly improved. Safety factors of the aviation transport are becoming higher and higher. Comparing with other transport vehicles, the aviation transport is not only speedy、comfortable and high-efficient, but also the safest. Meanwhile, all over the world, serious Error caused by the human factors of the Flight Crew and accident proneness that may even lead to serious accidents happen occasionally, which can give rise to massive losses towards passengers’ safety of life and property.China Eastern Airlines is one of the three major aviation transport groups in China. In recent years, it has made outstanding achievements in aspects of safety, service and efficiency. At present, efforts are being taken to realize the transformation of the development, targeting to shape a "Airline of the best service, the most delicate management, the wider hub network and the most globally competitive". China Eastern lets out the call of "Safety is the Root", that is, safety is the eternal theme of China Eastern and the sustainable lifeline of a healthy and scientific development. China Eastern would not achieve its established strategic goal and make greater contributions to the economic development of the society unless it can strengthen the flight safety management including the human factors and thus lay a solid foundation for sustainable flight safety.Flight crew is the most important and most critical link to assure flight safety. According to the statistics offered by IATA,80% flight accidents of the civil aviation are caused by the human factors of flight crew. This paper intends to analyze the subjective and objective elements of all the causes out of the human factors by the flight crew. The whole in-depth analysis and research will be developed from the following aspects, such as the error effects on how they are caused by the flight crew from the perspective of the particularity of high altitude environment and the unique features of the very career, peculiar psychology, pressure, reactions and the fatigue, the Impacts of the cognizance and the consciousness of its formation from the human error by the mood, psychology, attitude and working environment, and the unconsciously affected factors by disciplines, quality requirement and its team cultures.Based on the analysis of the various human factors of the flight crew, in the present thesis, an imaginary assumption upon the risk management of the error resulted from the human reasons by the flight staff is made, a category of the main kinds of problems concerning flight safety events is classified, and a brief statement over some of the safety accidents most likely to happen in China Eastern out of human reasons by its flight crew is given. With all this, and by means of studying the causes of two serious aviation accidents abroad, a pragmatic analysis on the human reasons that lead to flight accidents is provided. In the end, a relevant countermeasure for tackling safety risks due to the human factors by China Eastern’s flight crew is offered, on the basis of the overall analysis on China Eastern’s flight training status, its problems in crew resources management, its deficiency in crew fatigue control, its problems in manually scheduling its crew members, its psychological health maintenance for its crew staff and even its construction of safety culture and moral discipline modes. Undoubtedly, the present paper serves well in both the theoretical significance and practical value in lifting China Eastern’s safe quality by the flight crew, in promoting its safety control level and realizing its consistent and sustainable safety record.
