D company as a component agent what always focus on telecom market in the past years, China's telecom equipment vendors have a qualitative improvement. As the supplier of the vendor dragon also gained a better grow. However, single telecom market hind the development of D company.D company meets the question as follow:high market share in telecom field limited D company business development; the bigger customer in telecom field have price power in the business negotiations. D company at a disadvantage; The customer want to cost down to their products, they usual use a way what is reduce the agent in the business chain. This will result in agent out.The paper on electronic components agent market to analyze the nature and characteristics, combined with the actual situation of D company, D company in maintaining the stable development of the premise, to fix current operational issue.The paper include 3 parts, the first introduce the operation difficulties what D company meeting. The second is to analyze the difficulties and discussed D company internal and external strengths, weaknesses and industry environment, we used SWOT tool. The third we proposed the specific way to resolve difficulties. We discuss these issues and try to find a direction for enterprise development. In this paper, we focus on how to select target markets, How to solve the difficulties that may be faced in the target markets. In the mean time, We gave some suggestion about how to deal with the sales managements issue.
