Research Of Middleman's Procurement Decision Model

As we know,procurement is a shared function in every enterprise.At the same time,it is also the beginning of business links,and creats value for the enterprise. With the continuous expansion of business scale and extensive application of fine management and information technology,the role of procurement is more and more important.lt is not only the necessary condition of production to ensure the normal operation,but also creates the condition for enterprise to reduce costs and increase profits.Middlemen as the research object in the thesis,the feature of himself and the characteristic in the procurement process is very important,especially in the process that the construction of solving model.Thesis has two main parts:the problem discoveried in the procurement process and the construction of solving model.At the discovery in the middlemen procurement issues, the characteristics of the procurement market is first analyzed in the thesis.For the different characteristic of supply market,the thesis divides the supply market into buyer mode and seller mode,and studies the procurement problem in two modes.thesis is out of this conclusion:in the buyer mode,the main problem in procurement process is the supplier selection;in the seller mode,the main problem in procurement process is bid's formulation in the limited time.At the construction of solving model in procurement process,the thesis is studied in separately the issue under different models and builds different solution models. In the buyer mode,for the problem that the supplier select,the thesis use gray relational analysis method which based on cluster analysis and information entropy to select the best supplier.In the seller mode,for the problem that formulate a price in bidding in the limited time,the thesis use a sealed bid auction model based on prospect theory to formulate a reasonable price in bidding in limited time. At last,the feasibility of two models is explained by two examples in the thesis.
