This article studies on how to use organizational justice to motivate staffs, how to inspire the staff's organizational commitment. The dissertation built up the hypothesis model after the guide of the methodology and related theories. Based on the literature review, it is thought that organizational justice is the most important antecedent of organizational commitment, but the mechanism of the research of the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. It is assumed that the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment will be influenced by a mediating variable. In the research, the mediating variable is organizational harmony.The empirical research has utilized the qualitative and quantitative methods. The software SPASS16.0 and AMOS 17.0 were used in the data analysis. At last, the following conclusions are drawn:1. The different dimensions of organizational justice have different influence on organizational commitment and it's different dimensions.2. The different dimensions of organizational harmony have different influence on organizational commitment and it's different dimensions.3. Distributive justice and interactional justice influencing organizational commitment is mediated by valve harmony.The empirical research has acquired a new model about the effects of organizational commitment. We have tested a structural model in which organizational harmony meditates between organizational justice and organizational commitment. And we have made up for the impact of organizational commitment, and developed a new model. The research enriches the theories of organizational commitment and gives some beneficial advice to the Chinese enterprises'in promoting the employees'organizational commitment. However, the study has still deficiencies such as sample rage, and then these should be improved in future researches.
