At present, China is still a big manufacturing country, not to create power industry, on the whole is still in the international division of labor and industrial chain of low-end, the fundamental reason is that the domestic enterprises’independent innovation ability. The key innovation is the dominant factor in the creation of human capacity, at this stage after80,90, represented the new generation of groups are becoming the backbone of the workplace, in the face of these growing up in a society in transition, the new generation of employees, how stimulate their creativity and sense of innovation is the starting point of this study.At the same time, the new generation of employees in the workplace, showing a unique personality traits and varied career concepts, such as:frequent job-hopping, lack of responsibility, not dedicated, self-centered and so on. The new generation of employees to choose the right career in the growing, on the one hand allows firms intensified competition for talent among the other hand, makes the relationship between employees and organizations undergoing complex changes, in such a situation, the enterprise organizational environment and human resource management also proposed new requirements.In this study, for Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Henan and other regions, nearly100enterprises to carry out surveys, employees distributed in more than200copies of questionnaires were collected from organizational justice, organizational commitment initiative and creativity of personality information. Use SPSS16conducted factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, validation of three motivational strategies for enhancing the creativity of the new generation of employees has a positive impact on the assumption, validated affective commitment in the organization fairness and employee creativity play an intermediary between variables, proactive personality verified during the study of the personality variables play a positive regulatory role.
