| Corporation culture is the soul of the corporation, and is the inexhaustible motive force of propelling corporation development. The conglomeration of corporation determines that the corporation management combines the rational scientific management and the sentimental cultural management, the culture of parent company and subsidiary company is the main content of the culture management and construction, and it is the main management means of the enterprise group.This paper is based on Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. (GAIG), and based on the relevant theory of corporation culture. I researched the current corporation culture of AGIG from the view of the culture of parent company and subsidiary company, explained the intension of AGIA corporation culture, and found AGIG's culture soul of people oriented, boldness in innovation, opening and forgiving, pragmatism and efficiency, harmony and aggression, and having sense of social responsibility.Meanwhile this paper provided a new viewpoint, to build a big corporation group of scalization, marketization and internationalization, GAIG must stress its culture management, enhance the parent company and subsidiary company's culture construction, build a "harmonious and different" multi corporation culture relation mode of parent company and subsidiary company, and form a consolidate core culture in the group company. This paper discussed the concrete measures of improving these situations. It will guide GAIG to perfect its corporation culture construction, and help to upgrade its core competitive power. |
