Analysis Of Financial Conditions On Commercial Bank's National Student Loan

National Student Loan is our state college aid policy system in socialist market economy condition, using the financial means to release the loan of poor families. However, In the National Student Loan policy implementation process, it is difficult to fully realize the positive effects of the policy due to the imperfections of its own operating system, making our National Student Loan in an awkward position, like reimbursement insufficient, which lead to low efficiency.As the main body of implementation in this process, the financial efficiency of the bank can directly influence the overall efficiency of the loan. Therefore, this paper firstly illustrates the theory of national student loan and the theoretical basis of bank credit business. And then standing in the bank, analysis the bank credit business from three aspects, separately are the cost-benefit, a student loan recovery efficiency and sustainability of national student loan. Then, put the financial analysis to practice, using theoretical data and samples to measure the operation efficiency of national student loan.Through constructing the financial analysis system, finding the two main factors of low recovery are management cost and default cost. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of national student loan, we need to take corresponding measures for reducing the management cost and default cost. Finally, according to the empirical analysis results, the thesis put forward four countermeasures to improve the national student loan, including improvement loan management mechanism, promoting the loans, perfect loan recovery mechanism and introducing credit guarantee mechanism to improve operation efficiency of funds, ensure the sustainable development of national student loan.
