As the market demand for diversified and personalized consumer demand increasingly strong, for product manufacturers, if you can not meet the market and consumer demand, it would mean being eliminated. Modern enterprises to solve the problem is how to adapt to market changes, shorten delivery cycles, improve product quality while reducing manufacturing costs. Lean production is a highly flexible, suitable for small-batch, multi-product manufacturing in a variety of modes of production. To address the problems enterprises currently, many domestic enterprises have begun to learn and apply the lean manufacturing approach to managing business.This paper on the H's lean production management study is the core of H company's management of the implementation of lean production processes and methods, and the company introduced a process of H is given a number of issues recommendations on the implementation of lean production are given similar enterprises reference. Full-text is divided into five sections, the first part is an overview of lean production theory, a brief introduction of the origin and development of lean production, characteristics and application, and the second part of the H company implemented lean manufacturing processes and methods, the third part of the is the H company to implement lean production results achieved and the current implementation, there are some problems in the analysis concluded, the fourth part is the H company to implement lean manufacturing process research, given the proposed measures and possible to draw on the fifth part of the main results of this paper and further discussion.In this paper, by comparing the method of H's before and after the implementation of lean production management to study the conditions, results showed that, H through more than four years to promote lean, in the use of lean thinking, through the lean tools to improve the site, shorter delivery cycle, reduce production site area, only a few of the achievements of operation, etc. should be affirmed. Any business can apply lean thinking to produce improved, but in the use of different enterprises, as a result of their business background, culture, environment, product characteristics, staff quality and other factors in different ways, while the implementation of the method is not entirely the same, must not be applied mechanically self-defeating, must thoroughly understand the lean thinking and fully understand the characteristics of the enterprises themselves, the combination of the two closely, step by step, consistently implementing Lean improvements.
